Enrollment for the 2026 - 2027 school year opens on
​February 2nd to the community! 
As we begin enrollment please check our Facebook page for most current class openings. 

Please see the steps below for enrollment information.

​Print Enrollment Agreement and VA School Health Form:

* ALL students must have an updated immunization record on file dated w/in 7 days of the enrollment form date. *
*New students will also need a fully completed health form including a physical.
*Updated immunization records must be sent in annually thereafter.

Submit those Completed Forms with the Registration fee

  • Scan + Email to [email protected] 
  • ​Mail to 4500 Millridge Parkway Midlothian, VA 23112 or
  • Drop off in our secure drop box (same address)
  • Checks for registration fees are made payable to BCPS
  • Immunization records and health forms can be faxed to us 804-744-9105

We'll contact you with next steps, including:

  • To confirm your class space reservation
  • To arrange to view your child's birth certificate. This must be completed within 7 days!​  
  • To complete registration fee payment (online option only)

Enrollment information for 2026-2027 

All classes are 1/2 day meeting from 9:30AM-12:30PM with two exceptions detailed below. 
Our 2.5 year old class dismisses at 12:15PM.
Our JK 5 day 5 year old class dismisses at 1:30PM
​Monday-Thursday and at 12:30pm on Fridays.

Our school year is typically mid-September through May ending the week leading up to Memorial Day weekend.
